Old Friends, New Friends

Ask which of my friends I've known the longest and I don't even have to think about it. Rachel. Our parents met in childbirth classes so we've been thrown together since we were born, one month and 3 days apart. Fast forward 3o years and we each have little girls of our own, just 6 months apart. We finally had a chance to catch up and introduce our little ones. Just like us, the two of them couldn't be more different - K's mellow demeanor and towhead cuteness to J's feistyness and dark features - but I'm sure they'll be fast friends.
